Training Session

Training Session is physical exercise that you do regularly in order to keep fit or to prepare for an activity. Training Session  means any period at any venue appointed by the Coach, Institute or the Association and where the Athlete is required to attend for the purpose of practising, training or preparing for the Sport. As you plan, you visualize each step of the class. This helps you ensure that you’ve thought about everything that you need to say, and that you present information in a logical order. You’ll also be able to prepare for points that people might find difficult to understand.
