It is a great pleasure for me to be associated with Tanush Cricket Academy, as a Director. I am also truly excited  to take up the new assignment. During my visit to Dehra Dun as head faculty of N.C.A. ( B.C.C.I. ) I saw large number of highly talented cricketers and that prompted me to take up the offer from Tanush Cricket Academy.

I strongly believe in setting realistic goals and striving hard to achieve them, which is a continuous process as achieving one goal is the starting point to another. In order to achieve any goal, one needs to have a clear process goal. In our case, it is striving to achieve perfection with an open mind. It will be my endeavor to employ modern coaching methods and create a pool of good coaches. It is an important ingredient for the success of any academy to empower its players. I strongly feel the need to create in our academy an environment where CHAMPIONS are inevitable.

I am sure, through our collaborative efforts, we can achieve more to benefit our players who can be the future of Uttarakhand cricket.
